Nétiquette PushChat

PushChat is a Community service of Chat which imposes the compliance with the allowed codes of conduct on the Web and Wap as in the real life. The members must thus comply with these codes of conduct.

Any failure or abuse signaled, after verification from us, can involve the exclusion of the menber whom having trepassed the Netiquette PushChat, Even the definitive suppression without notication of the account.

Here is the non exhaustive list of rules to obey on PushChat :

1 - Be polite et respectful, don't insult or provocate any member,express yourself in a positive way.

2 - Do not make any racist matter, anti-semite, fascist, misogynist, defamatory, libelous, abusive bearing reached with the moralities or in an illicit more general way, in any way.

3 - Do not incite or do not invite another member to use pornographic, heinous, sectarian services or racists in any way.

4 - Have a decent nickname, avoid any abusive, vulgar, racist ones

5 - Do not disseminate personal information likely to identify you (addresses email, addresses postal, telephone number, number of social security, name, credit card and addresses, number of driving licence) and which could be used in your opposition or illegal or prejudicial goals.

6 - Do not diffuse the personal data such as the name, the telephone number, the address email, etc of third people in the service.

7 - Do not send obscenes or indecent messages.

8 - Respect the centers of interests of your interlocutors.

9 - The subjects reserved to the adults are authorized only between the members registered at the Meetings communities (exclusively for the major people according to the legislation of their country). you prohibit yourself of having such remarks with minors or personn who are not registered into these communities.

10 - Do not undertake any disturbing activity on line, such as Spamming and messages continuously or declarations incentive others to contravene these codes of conduct or to take part in illegal activities.

11 - You conform to all legislation applicable to the use of a chat, the communication and the diffusion of messages in the Chat rooms of discussion.

12 - Do not have defamatory speeches against the service, do not formulate criticisms free which could harm the image of PushChat through the living rooms placed at your disposal.

13 - Do not try to induce in error other members by usurping their name or the company, name of other people and more particularly while tryin to act as an employee or an associate of PushChat or PushMessenger.

14 - Do not use the data collected on PushChat to divert the members with the profit of an other service or to carry out advertising operations or of marketing.
